Q:What areas do you service?
A:We service Townsville and surrounding areas including Kirwan, Aitkenvale, Hyde Park, Thuringowa, Mount Louisa, Bohle Plains, Burdell, and Bushland Beach — and we also travel out to Magnetic Island. Not sure if we cover your area? Just give Dan a call.
Q:Is your work guaranteed?
A:Yes. Every job we do is backed by a 90-day workmanship guarantee. We take pride in getting the job done properly the first time.
Q:Do you do small jobs?
A:Absolutely. Most of our work consists of small repairs and maintenance tasks that larger builders often won't take on. No job is too small for us.
Q:What is your minimum charge?
A:Our standard minimum booking is 1 to 2 hours. This ensures we can cover the cost of travel and setup while providing a reliable service for even the smallest tasks.
Q:Do you charge a call-out fee?
A:No. We provide free quotes with no call-out fees for standard service areas. You only pay for the work agreed upon — pricing is tailored to each job once Dan knows the scope.
Q:How soon can you start?
A:We typically schedule smaller repairs and maintenance tasks within 1 to 2 weeks. For urgent issues like a broken lock or leaking window, we do our best to prioritize you.
