TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Service Quotes
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days. Final pricing is confirmed upon on-site inspection. All quotes include labor; materials are usually quoted separately unless specified.
2. Workmanship Guarantee
We provide a 90-day workmanship guarantee on all property maintenance tasks. If there is an issue with the quality of our labor, we will return to fix it at no extra cost.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is required upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer and card payments.
4. Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. This allows us to reallocate the time to another customer in the Ville.
